We are searching for a well-organized, qualified and committed candidate to join our excellent faculty as a Human Resource Executive for the Academic Year 2022-2023. He/She will be incharge of end-to-end recruitment and team management.
Proven experience of minimum 3 years in handling HR functions in a school setting.
A graduation in any discipline preferably with a course subject on Human Resource Management.
Candidates with a post graduation in HRM would be preferred.
In-depth knowledge of the full cycle recruitment process and employer branding techniques.
Hands on experience in handling ERP software and digitizing HR functions.
An up to date knowledge on the best practices in the education sector in minimizing staff attrition.
Expertise in handling employee grievances and handling the situation in a sensitive manner.
An innate interest to involve in continuous professional development to be abreast with the latest developments in the field.
A team player who works in collaboration with the rest of the staff.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Undertakes special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required Upstanding ethics and integrity.
