Making Your Child’s Journey Safe and Stress-Free
The journey to and from school is a special part of a child’s day, often filled with fond memories of van lunches, antakshari games, and bonding with friends across classes. At Sherwood High, we understand the importance of making this journey both enjoyable and secure.
Covering 47 routes within a 15 km radius, Sherwood High’s transport system is designed for convenience and safety. Our fleet of high-tech buses is equipped with advanced safety and security features, ensuring peace of mind for parents and a stress-free commute for students.
A student RFID system is available for an additional cost and can be accessed by contacting the service provider directly. Each of our buses is staffed with an experienced driver and an attendant to assist children and ensure a safe journey to and from school. Children are carefully helped on and off the bus at all times, and attendance is taken onboard to confirm that every child on the route is accounted for and on the correct bus.
A robust system of checks is also in place for instances when parents personally pick up their children or if a child is absent. Additionally, the transport department works closely with the campus Convenience Care Center to ensure that siblings are coordinated to reach home together.
