Turf Ground
Sherwood High’s turf grounds have been the venue for many memorable matches and events. The lush, green artificial turf mimics the aesthetics of natural grass while offering significant advantages. With its high shock absorption features, the turf provides a cushioned effect that minimises injuries while delivering consistent ball bounce. This state-of-the-art football turf empowers young players with the speed and agility they need to perform at their best.
The all-weather turf is especially beneficial during rainy seasons, as it requires no recovery time and is always ready for play. Students can enjoy matches and practice sessions 24 hours a day, seven days a week, symbolising the boundless enthusiasm of our Sherwoodians.
Swimming Pool
Sherwood High boasts two swimming pools: a splash pool for nursery students and a larger pool for older children. Water quality is maintained meticulously through processes like filtration, chlorination, and regular pH level checks.

- A baby pool is used for the students of pre-primary sections.
Filtration process
The swimming pool features a 24/7 filtration system that ensures crystal-clear water. Maintenance staff regularly check chlorine levels and conduct suction sweeping of the pool bed to uphold hygiene standards. Key parameters like total alkalinity (TA) and calcium hardness are also monitored to ensure safety and comfort.
Outdoor Play Area
The outdoor play area is designed to combine the beauty of naturalised plants, trees, flowers, and sand with a variety of play equipment. Featuring slides, monkey bars, stairs, and see-saws, this area provides an engaging space for children. For pre-primary students, the play area is carefully planned to ensure safety, helping children stretch their muscles, stay active, and enjoy their time outdoors.

Sherwood High boasts world-class courts on campus for a variety of sports. However, for our little ones, nothing brings more smiles than our spacious indoor play area. Designed to accommodate up to 15 children or an entire classroom at a time, the playroom is bright and airy, with large child-proof windows that let in ample sunlight.
Children enjoy a range of quality rides and toys, all meticulously maintained for safety and fun. The room is fully carpeted with foam interlocking mats to prevent slips or bumps, and the walls are lined with cushioned bumpers to ensure even rough play ends with laughter, not tears.
From dollhouses and trucks to seesaws and more, our indoor playroom is a haven of joy and exploration for our young learners.
Puppet Theatre
What does is it take to capture the attention and imagination of a young child? Well, nothing works better than Puppetry because they are exciting and fun. Whether it is oral, social-emotional, behavioral, or motor skills, puppets are a great way to practice gross and fine skills. Hence, puppets are the perfect tool to open the doors of their imagination, and with our Puppet theatre, we impart both education and entertainment.
